How we handle it
We name the right facility
Working capital against stock and receivables is a different product from funding a new plant. We start from the need.
We match the lender
Lenders favour different sectors and structures. We shortlist the ones that fit and send a dated comparison.
We present the case
Your file is prepared in the format that lender reads, with accounts and banking telling one story, and followed up to disbursal.
What we check first
The points where a large loan most often goes wrong, checked before you sign.
- Which facility fits the need and the stage of the business
- Banking and turnover tell one story
- Existing borrowing is declared in full
- Security and its valuation, where the loan is secured
Questions we are asked
What types of business loan do you arrange?
Working capital through cash credit or overdraft, term loans for equipment and expansion, project loans, dropline overdraft, and unsecured business loans for established firms. A loan against property can also fund a business.
What is the difference between cash credit and overdraft?
Both are revolving limits you draw on as needed and pay interest only on the amount used. Cash credit is typically sized to stock and receivables; overdraft is more often secured against property or deposits. Your advisor confirms which suits you.
Is there a minimum loan amount?
Our focus is ₹1 crore and above. If your need is smaller, we will say so on the first call.
Can I get a business loan without collateral?
Some lenders offer unsecured loans to established businesses with strong financials. Eligibility and terms depend on your accounts and banking, and we do not promise approval.
Are you a bank or lender?
No. LoanDesk by Sunrise Associates is a loan advisor (DSA). Loans are subject to the lender’s approval and terms.
Other loans we arrange
