Who we are

LoanDesk is a brand of Sunrise Associates, with offices in Chandigarh and Gurugram. We are a loan advisor (DSA). To reach us about your data, call +91 98142 51534 or use the contact page.

What we collect

Through this website: your name, mobile number, city, loan type, loan amount band and (optionally) when you need the loan. We do not ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, income or your credit score on this website or over WhatsApp.

Why we collect it

To call you about your enquiry, compare options and send you a written summary. Nothing else without your separate consent.

Consent

The consent box is unticked by default. You can withdraw consent at any time by calling or writing to us; we stop contacting you the same day.

Who sees it

Your advisor, our lead handler, and the lender you choose to apply with. We do not sell or pass your number to anyone else.

Documents later

If you go ahead, your advisor collects documents in person or through a secure process, never through this website or WhatsApp, and tells you where they are kept.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or erase your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to the contact above.
