What we are
LoanDesk by Sunrise Associates is a loan advisor (DSA) working with banks and NBFCs. We are not a bank, an NBFC or a lender.
How we are paid
The lender pays us a commission when your loan is disbursed.
Lenders
We work with 22+ banks and NBFCs. We do not name lenders in advertising without their written permission.
You never pay us
You never pay us, and we never ask you for money. If anyone asks for payment in our name, do not pay. Call +91 98142 51534 and report it.
Grievance
To raise a grievance, call +91 98142 51534 or use the contact page. We acknowledge within one working day and tell you how long resolution will take. If you are not satisfied, you can approach the lender’s grievance officer and the Reserve Bank of India’s complaint portal.
